Sarah joined the team in July 2007 as an Assistant Dispensing Manager. Following the retirement of our Practice Manager in January 2008, Sarah was promoted to the role and has enjoyed the challenges this has presented over her 8 years with the company.
Diane has been with John Biddle Opticians for over 10 years and with the customer service experience gained within the retail trade she provides the warm welcome and the very best of care to our customers.
Nilesh joined the team in March 2014 taking over the reins from Julian Benton who emigrated back to Canada. Nilesh has become a valued member, quickly developing a rapor with our loyal clientele.
